I have so many things I want to get done all at once. Projects are wonderful and inspiring to me, but I should assign levels of importance to projects (such as finishing RoboDojo is very important to me personally) and direct my energy to solving projects in order so I don’t have to think about which one I am going to do. Furthermore, each project needs a description of what “Finished” looks like. I want anyone to be able to look at a roadmap of a project I lay out and see where it will end ideally.
I made a Gannt Chart! Thank you YouTube, I love copying Excel tutorials.

Are these dates good? I have no clue. I have given myself padding for 25 weeks (of an already 3 year old project :3 ).
I am going to attempt to get this into a nice viewable format for the website so each project has a Gannt chart to be viewed. I found ProjectLibre, seems neat, I will probably try to use that for Gannt charting since Microsoft Project isn’t free and Excel is a little cumbersome.
I am getting more work done, go check out RoboDojo! https://homegrownrobotics.com/home/projects/robodojo/
A commenter of my work: “You have an impression of aimlessness and mistakes some of the normal delays in life for stagnation. I wonder who told you that, you personally, don’t finish anything or are not doing enough.” Thank you for the gentle reminders that the journey to becoming who you want to be takes time, and being harsh on myself is no way to live. I will keep doing my best in the moment each day and growing as an engineer.
That’s all for now, thanks for stopping by!
